FIRST Robotics Competition

The FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is an international high school robotics competition organized by FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology). It brings together teams of students and mentors to design, build, and compete with robots that they construct over a designated period of time.

Each year, FIRST releases a new game challenge that requires teams to build
robots capable of completing specific tasks or objectives. Teams have limited
time to design, prototype, build, program, and test their robots before regional
and international competitions.
